H5 Named to Deloitte Fast 50 List of Fastest Growing Technology Firms
Leading information retrieval services firm ranks third in revenue growth among leading technology companies in Silicon Valley
SAN FRANCISCO — October 31, 2008 — H5, the leading provider of information retrieval and document analysis services for the legal industry, has been recognized as one of the fastest growing technology companies by Deloitte’s Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50 Program. H5’s number three ranking in this year’s Program makes it the fastest growing provider of information management and electronic discovery services in Silicon Valley.
Program rankings are based on each company’s percentage of revenue growth achieved over a five-year period. This year’s rankings are based on percentage of revenue growth from 2003-2007.
H5’s CEO, Nicolas Economou, credits the company’s sustained high revenue growth to strong demand in the legal industry for its automated document review and information retrieval services, which utilize its proprietary technology and processes. To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in fiscal year 2003 and $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2007, be headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
