For each client, we provide an upfront benchmark analysis of current processes and areas for improvement, based on the client’s objectives.
In all phases of our analyses, we work in close collaboration with clients, their legal advisors, IT staff, and records management personnel. Our analyses include:
- Evaluation of the overall effectiveness of our clients’ existing capabilities, processes, and technologies
- Identification and quantification of the impact of gaps between current and desired states
- A roadmap for implementing possible improvements, which may include application of our expertise
- Implementation of our recommendations, if requested
- Credible and thorough analyses of the reasonableness and soundness of the steps taken in designing or executing new or improved processes
Financial Benchmarks
We also perform financial benchmarks as part of the overall benchmark analysis or as a standalone analysis. A financial benchmark is a decision-making tool that details the all-in cost, time to completion, and accuracy afforded by H5’s approach to document review. Our analysis provides an estimate of the cost of clients’ current review methods (based on client-provided data) and the financial benefit of introducing H5 into their processes.
Financial benchmarks help clients make more informed, data- and budget-driven decisions in what is otherwise an often complex process with little transparency.
