Uncovering Opportunities for Quantifiable Cost and Risk Reduction
The H5 Assessment is an evaluation conducted by our information retrieval experts to identify and quantify opportunities for cost and risk reduction associated with clients’ existing processes and systems. During the assessment process, we work with clients, their legal advisers, IT staff, and records management personnel. Based on an understanding of organizations’ specific information governance goals, the H5 Assessment includes:
- Review of applicable regulatory, legal, or internal policies that may affect document assessments
- Evaluation of the overall effectiveness of existing capabilities, processes, and technologies
- Statistically valid measurement of the performance (accuracy) of clients’ existing search tools and platforms
- Quantification of the financial and risk impacts of gaps between current and desired states
- A documented and defensible roadmap for possible improvements that we will implement, if requested
Financial Benchmarking
As part of the assessment process, we also perform a benchmark analysis. This financial analysis is a decision-making tool that details the all-in cost, time to completion, and accuracy afforded by H5 solutions. Our analysis provides an estimate of the cost of organizations’ current methods and the financial benefit of introducing H5 into their processes.
